Maymont Homes, part of Brookfield, seeks a Director of Analytics to lead the U.S. Housing analytics function across Single-Family and Multifamily. Lead a team, partner with Product, Tech, and Engineering to deliver scalable analytics and BI insights using Power BI and AI-assisted tools.

The role requires strong business judgment, technical credibility, and exceptional stakeholder relationships, with hands-on work in SQL, Python, and Redshift, plus a strategic focus on data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in analytics, BI, data science, or related field, including leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. Housing analytics team across Single-Family and Multifamily.
• Design and operate the analytics operating model from business questions to insights and decisions.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting with consistent standards across the platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Engineering to deliver scalable analytics products.
• Balance priorities, resources, and dependencies while delivering measurable business impact.
