• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in product development or project management within dermo-cosmetics, prestige beauty, or consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Lead development strategically and shape product plans for launches and localizations.
• Directly lead and coach the development team and coordinate with EU partners.
• Oversee feasibility studies for localized production and interplant transfers between EU and US.
