Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Coach construction delivery team across the United States, Canada, South America, Wholesale and Travel Retail.
• Set clear priorities, performance expectations and accountability standards across the team.
• Provide ongoing guidance and development opportunities to strengthen project management, construction, financial and leadership capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on ownership, communication, quality execution and compliance.
• Direct the planning and construction of new Coach stores, renovations, relocations, and openings from handoff through opening.
• Establish portfolio delivery priorities and align project plans with PMO integrated schedules and opening requirements.
• Monitor progress, schedule, quality and compliance with design intent, codes, permits and safety expectations.
• Provide escalation support for complex site conditions, schedule constraints and vendor performance.
• Review bid analyses and ensure alignment with scope before Purchasing awards.
• Hold Project Delivery accountable for scope and budget, and oversee turnover and closeout.
• Collaborate with partners to translate design intent into executable project plans.
• Ensure readiness for Day 2 operations and warranty intake.
