Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. invites an experienced Director, Americas Store Planning and Construction to lead a regional team responsible for Coach stores from concept through opening across the United States, Canada and South America.

You will align with Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Finance and Operations to deliver projects on time and within budget. Reporting to the Senior Director, Construction, you will develop feasibility budgets, mentor Project Managers and ensure compliance with PMO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years retail architecture and construction experience across geographies.
• Strong leadership, coaching and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning and construction of Coach stores across the Americas from handoff to opening.
• Lead and develop Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and Assistants.
• Ensure delivery aligns with PMO schedule governance and budget controls.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Finance and Operations.
• Monitor progress, quality, compliance and opening readiness; escalate as needed.
• Oversee vendor performance, bid analyses and change management.
