Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare or business administration.
• MBA/MHA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in progressive leadership roles within a health system.
• Knowledge of physician practice management and third-party reimbursement.
• Proficient in EPIC and other healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all operational, business and clinical activities within the Jefferson OB/GYN department across four offices in Philadelphia.
• Maintains cost control and evaluates budget needs for operations.
• Develops and oversees staff scheduling to optimize labor productivity and meet performance metrics.
• Implements and adjusts workflows to improve efficiency and cost control.
• Maintains and updates policy and procedure manuals.
• Communicates with stakeholders and submits timely reports for operational review.
• Monitors volume and adjusts staffing to drive productivity and patient experience.
• Recommends capital expenditures and new technology to improve safe, efficient care delivery.
