Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking an Operations Manager to lead 24/7 operations for the hospital medicine groups. The role oversees a team including Hospital Medicine Coordinators and collaborates with Directors to align with Enterprise goals in Finance, Quality, People, Service, and Growth.

The position involves managing financial budgeting, contract oversight, daily operations, KPI development, and strategic planning to support East Region initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interact with cross-functional teams to drive performance
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Strong project management and process-improvement skills

Responsibilities

• Maximize efficiency of business and operations procedures
• Establish KPIs and develop department scorecards
• Review monthly financial statements and reconcile accounts
• Prepare forecasts, staffing models and analyses
• Coordinate hiring plans with HR and ensure contracts are accurate
• Interface with Epic@Jeff Analysts and IS&T to onboard and resolve issues
• Lead performance-improvement projects and track metrics
• Develop policies and procedures for department operations
