Job summary

CIEE is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Ambassador & Lifecycle Programs to lead ambassador engagement and lifecycle sales. You will guide a team across College Study Abroad and Institutional Relations, driving enrollment growth and strong partner relationships.

You will work remotely from the U.S., collaborate with Marketing, Enrollment, and Operations, and report to the Executive Director. This role requires travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required; master's preferred.
• 5–8+ years in program/enrollment management, marketing, or alumni engagement.
• 2–3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Proven use of data and analytics to drive decisions.
• Ability to develop strategy and lead operational execution.
• Strong project management and executive communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across departments; CRM/automation familiarity.
• Knowledge of study abroad, higher education, or enrollment management preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed for partner engagement and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Ambassador Programs and Lifecycle Sales teams.
• Develop long-term strategies for ambassador engagement and alumni conversion.
• Align programs with enrollment objectives and ROI targets.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Enrollment, and Operations.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure impact.
• Drive customer lifetime value and repeat participation across programs.
• Represent CIEE in external partner meetings and conferences.
