Job summary

CEA CAPA seeks a Regional Director for Texas to develop relationships with U.S. partner institutions and drive enrollment growth through strategic planning and opportunities identification.

The ideal candidate will be a target-driven strategic thinker with experience in higher education, study abroad, and consultative sales, capable of remote collaboration across Institutional Relations and other departments.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in higher education or study abroad.
• 3+ years in consultative sales/relationship-building.
• Commitment to diversity, access, and inclusion.
• Prior travel, study, work, or volunteer abroad experience preferred.
• Domestic and occasional international travel expected.
• Self-starter, comfortable working remotely and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Grow enrollment by developing regional partnerships with institutions.
• Manage relationships with partner universities to align programs with goals.
• Develop expertise in standard, internship, direct enroll and custom offerings.
• Collaborate with study abroad offices on recruitment, marketing and advising.
• Leverage social media to raise brand awareness in Education Abroad.
• Coordinate events and information sessions on campus and partner events.
• Engage with campus offices serving underrepresented student populations.
• Meet and exceed sales activity targets.
• Share market insights and innovative sales strategies.
