CJ is seeking a Director, AI Visibility & Affiliate GEO Strategy to lead client strategy across AI Visibility and GEO engagements. You will guide enterprise advertisers on how AI-generated experiences affect discovery, evaluation, and purchasing behavior.

This role sits at the intersection of SEO, affiliate, content, publisher ecosystems, and AI-driven discovery. You will mentor juniors and partner with cross-functional teams to turn insights into actionable activation plans.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in SEO, affiliate marketing, or related digital strategy roles.
• Proven leadership of strategic client relationships and executive-level presentations.
• Strong understanding of publisher ecosystems and AI-driven visibility concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Visibility and GEO engagements for enterprise clients.
• Advise on how AI platforms affect discovery, evaluation, and purchasing behavior.
• Develop client-specific GEO strategies aligned to objectives and category dynamics.
• Present strategic recommendations and thought leadership to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior strategists and scale GEO delivery across clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Publisher teams to translate strategy into activation plans.
