Job summary

CJ Influence is seeking a Director of AI Visibility & GEO Strategy to lead client strategy for AI Visibility, GEO, and related initiatives across a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will guide publisher, content, and visibility investments, translating data into strategic plans that improve AI-generated discovery and brand presence.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in SEO, affiliate marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading strategic client relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of publisher ecosystems, content monetization, and digital media.
• Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals, content strategy, authority signals, and AI-visible discovery.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for complex enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication and ability to navigate ambiguity in evolving markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Visibility and GEO engagements for enterprise clients.
• Develop client-specific AI Visibility strategies aligned to objectives and category dynamics.
• Present strategic recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior strategists and drive repeatable GEO delivery processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Publisher Development, Media, Sales, and Client Services.
