Job summary

Tekion is hiring a Director, AI Transformation & Enablement to architect strategy, programs, and frameworks that help every Tekionite understand and leverage AI as a core capability. The role involves building from the ground up with executive backing, leading a lean team, and deploying AI agents across platforms to scale impact.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to map AI-augmented skills, redesign job architecture, and drive talent development in a rapidly evolving organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR/People Operations/OD or management consulting experience with 3–5 years leading teams.
• Experience leading AI, technology, digital transformation initiatives with change management focus.
• Proven ability to design and deliver AI transformation training and curricula.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain workforce planning framework aligned to AI-augmented skill needs.
• Redesign job architecture with clear career paths and equity across families and levels.
• Identify AI champions and scale enablement peer-to-peer across the organization.
• Embed AI fluency into hiring, onboarding, performance, and development processes.
• Lead a lean team and deploy AI agents to automate workflows and reporting.
• Define goals, OKRs, and measure impact across programs.
