The role emphasizes organization-wide AI enablement rather than a technical implementation, with measurable outcomes and cross-functional impact across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Direct AI implementation experience in production inside a real operating environment.
• Deep knowledge of large language models, agentic workflows, automation, and integration.
• Ten or more years in operations, transformation, consulting, or technology leadership across an organization.
• Proven process redesign with adoption by people who did not ask for it.
• Measurable operating results approved by Finance.
• Strong change management and influence without authority.
• Willingness to work at an aggressive pace with a fast schedule.

Responsibilities

• What work looks like here in three years, and the plan to get there.
• Redesign of core workflows around what AI makes possible, not merely automation of existing steps.
• A digital workforce of virtual workers carrying real responsibility, with real oversight.
• AI capability across the company, with role-specific training and adoption measurement.
• A measurable operating leverage target, with baselines and results validated by Finance.
• The internal tool stack, standards, and use case pipeline.
