DEPT is seeking a Group Director, Program Manager to lead a high-velocity AI-enablement partnership with a premier enterprise client. You will bridge business units and a centralized MarTech team, guiding intake, roadmap alignment, and governance.

The role focuses on scaling, executive storytelling, and measurable ROI, while partnering with senior engineers and TPMs. We offer a collaborative culture with strong growth and diversity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management, product operations, product management, or technical account management within enterprise software, AI-enablement, or complex cloud environments.
• Proven ability to navigate matrixed, ambiguous enterprise orgs and build consensus among priorities.
• Deep experience building intake matrices, triage workflows, and operational playbooks from scratch.
• Exceptional communication to translate technical challenges into business impact for senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycles, cloud architecture, and AI tech to partner with engineers/TPMs.

Responsibilities

• Design, own, and refine a structured intake framework that routes requests to the proper technical track.
• Host strategic consultations to refine low-code prototypes and business requirements before development.
• Map and execute phased rollout to sustainably scale engineering bandwidth and program adoption.
• Coordinate between decentralized units and the central engineering architecture team in lockstep with the Senior Engineering Lead.
• Prioritize intake with enterprise Product Sponsors and TPMs and align with the corporate roadmap.
• Forecast demand and scale engineering capacity to match evolving roadmaps and team growth.
• Codify local learnings into shared, repeatable playbooks for the enterprise.
• Define success metrics and craft executive ROI narratives across units and leadership.
• Own cross-functional reporting and onboarding readiness for the program.
