Job summary

You will partner with business leaders to translate needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and measurable value.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in AI/ML, digital transformation, or product management, plus 3–5 years leading teams and translating business challenges into AI outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, digital transformation, product management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects or teams.
• Experience translating business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partners with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Translates business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for AI solutions.
• Manages cross-functional teams responsible for design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-enabled capabilities.
• Oversees project plans, resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Quantifies and tracks business value, adoption metrics, and ROI for AI initiatives.
• Advises senior stakeholders on AI roadmap development, governance considerations, and emerging technology opportunities.
• Manages team performance, workload planning, and talent development within the AI Engagement function.
