Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Director-level AI Product Manager to lead the AI Platform Frameworks initiative. You will own strategy, discovery, and delivery of reusable AI capabilities that power AI product managers across the firm.

You’ll collaborate with EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, and business teams to define requirements, ensure responsible AI, and measure impact. This role drives enterprise-wide AI capability adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in product management, including translating business needs into technical requirements and leading discovery/validation.
• 3+ years' experience in AI/ML.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and financial services.
• Product operating model methodologies, including AI-driven PDLC.
• AI technologies and their applications in business contexts.
• Metrics/frameworks for tracking AI model/agent success and impact.
• Responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
• UX principles and their integration into product AI capability design.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for AI models and agents.
• Lead product discovery, validation, and iterative improvement for AI capabilities embedded across apps and teams.
• Define and track product success metrics for AI models, reusability, adoption, and ongoing monitoring.
• Conduct market and user research to inform AI platform capabilities.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive development/delivery of reusable AI model-driven products deployed enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, and other teams to test, deploy, and refine AI capabilities.
• Communicate progress, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders.
