Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Technical Product Management to lead the CAPS AI-powered roadmap, aligning cloud-scale architectures with executive vision and customer outcomes. You will influence across products, technology, sales, services, and marketing to deliver scalable technical marketing programs.

You will act as a technical/AI SME, guiding strategy, messaging, and content while driving data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical product management or related field at a high-tech company.
• Background in cloud-scale architectures/technologies.
• Experience applying AI to product, content, or workflow automation.
• Experience in messaging/positioning cloud-scale architectures and technology.
• Proven ability to set a vision and lead cross-functional teams to a product vision.
• Skilled at handling high-stress customer situations and rebuilding trust.
• Strong eye for metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on ability to create technical product assets (presentations, copy, campaigns).
• Exceptional written and spoken communication, including executive presentations.
• Self-motivated, able to work remotely and in person in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the CAPS AI-powered product roadmap across Salesforce products and geographies.
• Automate/accelerate internal services using AI tools.
• Promote cloud-scale architecture through scalable messaging and positioning programs.
• Lead customer outreach after incidents and scale trust rebuilding programs.
• Represent Salesforce as a technical/AI SME at customer interactions and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape business and product strategy.
• Develop materials to market innovation, roadmap, security, and reliability.
