Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and coach engineers.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategy and own end-to-end delivery for the SDB AI team, including roadmap, architecture decisions, and operational excellence.
• Lead and scale a team of AI engineers and data scientists, defining goals, ownership, and performance.
• Partner with database service owners and Salesforce AI teams to translate business priorities into technical roadmaps.
• Deliver production AI capabilities for database operations, including monitoring, detection, and automation.
