Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping production-grade AI-native systems at scale.
• Experience with AI frameworks and cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and design of AI systems across the platform.
• Lead hands-on design and delivery of AI-native platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Data Science, and Delivery to scope proposals.
• Present architecture and live demos to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Oversee full SDLC for AI systems including deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Mentor engineers and guide platform investments for scalability.
• Triage and optimize AI/ML pipelines for performance and cost efficiency.
• Develop internal enablement materials and technical narratives.
