Job summary

You will influence senior stakeholders, drive modernization initiatives, and own technology roadmaps while balancing delivery speed with risk management and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 13+ years applied experience.
• Experience designing and building full stack cloud native distributed systems with high availability and scalability.
• Experience leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering practices across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partners with product and business groups to drive participation, plans, timelines, dependencies, and solutions to ensure successful delivery and desired outcomes.
• Engages with business stakeholders to break down complex problems into technical specs for engineering teams.
• Delivers end-to-end, low latency solutions leveraging modern technologies and best practices.
• Sets direction for AI-enabled engineering governance, including validation, security, resiliency, and reuse.
