Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading large-scale engineering organizations.
• Deep hands-on experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven AI platform ownership with production AI deployments and model pipelines.
• Track record of engineering transformation migrating monoliths to microservices.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy across a multi-team engineering organization (50-150+ engineers).
• Embed LLMs, generative AI, agentic workflows, and ML-powered automation into the lifecycle as production-grade differentiators.
• Own delivery at velocity and be accountable for outcomes.
• Partner with Product owners, Data Engineers, and healthcare leaders to translate business strategy into engineering bets.
• Advocate for the right engineering investments and call out architectural debt.
