Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management on the Digital Marketing Technology team to lead the evolution of our brand and practitioner-facing websites into an AI-native, human-led ecosystem.

You will own the roadmap, user experience, design partners, and pilots; prototype with coding agents; drive fast iterations; collaborate with engineers, designers, and executives; and shape when agents augment the user’s thinking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping products for technical users.
• Daily use of coding agents and knowledge of LLM orchestration, tools, and evaluation frameworks.
• Builder with execution mindset; prototype early and measure outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to rally cross-functional teams.
• Synthesize customer signals into crisp product requirements and shipped products.

Responsibilities

• Own the product end to end, including roadmap, outcomes, and strategy for brand and role-based websites.
• Own the user experience; partner with design to build trusted sites for business partners, customers, and communities.
• Prototype with coding agents before writing specs; run pilots and fight failures.
• Run design partner programs; capture requirements and translate customer pain into shipped product.
• Coordinate across the Digital Marketing Technology portfolio and communicate with engineers, designers, executives.
