Job summary

Code and Theory is seeking a Director of Implementation to own the Machine deployments across customer and agency environments, scoping engagements, leading deployment, and driving adoption through measurable outcomes. You will lead a team of implementation engineers and solution architects, translating customer needs into deployment plans and surfacing gaps for the roadmap.

You will design integrations with Figma, Slack, Teams, Adobe and dashboards, partnering with engineering and account teams

Qualifications

Experience leading technical implementations or professional services for enterprise customers.
Fluency across cloud, integrations and APIs to architect deployments and surface gaps.
Strong communication and customer-facing delivery experience, with scope and timelines management.
People leadership in matrixed or cross-functional structures.
Bias toward adoption and measurable outcomes in deployments.
Comfort with AI-enabled development tools to accelerate engineering and automation.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end implementation across customer and agency environments, including deployment, integration and adoption.
Lead a team of implementation engineers and solution architects, setting delivery standards.
Translate customer requirements into deployment plans and surface gaps to the roadmap.
Design integrations with customer stacks, including common tools in their ecosystem.
Drive adoption beyond go-live with enablement, instrumentation, and follow-through.
Coordinate with engineering, account, and customer stakeholders to keep delivery cohesive.
