Job summary

Code & Theory is seeking a Director of Implementation to own how The Machine lands inside customer and agency environments, from scoping engagements through deployment, integration, and adoption. You’ll lead a team of implementation engineers and solution architects, translate customer needs into deployment plans, and drive adoption with the right enablement and governance across enterprise stacks.

• Proven track record leading software implementations for enterprise customers.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, integrations, and APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation across customer and agency environments.
• Build and mentor a team of implementation engineers and solution architects.
• Translate requirements into deployment plans and surface gaps to roadmap.
• Design integrations with client tools like Figma, Slack, Teams, and Adobe.
• Drive adoption post go-live with measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with engineering, accounts, and customer stakeholders.
