Job summary

Truelogic is seeking an Implementation Engineer to own technical implementations from scoping to go‑live, building integrations between an AI‑powered platform and agency/customer tools such as Figma, Slack, Teams, andAdobe. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in implementation/solutions engineering or related technical role.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data systems, integrations, and cloud architectures (Google Cloud, Azure).
• Ability to independently deliver high‑quality technical implementation work on complex projects.
• Strong communication skills to present technical work to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, and client-facing units.
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled development tools and agent‑driven workflows.
• Experience orchestrating multi‑step AI or agent‑driven workflows and choosing models/tools accordingly.
• Strong judgment when reviewing AI‑assisted outputs for security and reliability.
• Experience creating prompts, documentation, or operating context systems to improve velocity.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation workstreams end‑to‑end from scoping through go‑live.
• Build and configure integrations between the platform and tools used by agencies and customers (e.g., Figma, Slack, Teams, Adobe, dashboards).
• Evaluate integration approaches, data mappings, and configuration requirements with trade‑offs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and agency stakeholders throughout implementation and rollout.
• Identify and communicate technical risks, blockers, dependencies, and trade‑offs.
• Understand customer data environments and workflows to tailor onboarding solutions.
• Develop repeatable implementation playbooks, technical docs, and training materials.
• Mentor junior implementation engineers.
• Leverage AI‑enabled development tools for automation, debugging, and operations.
• Stay current with evolving APIs, integration patterns, and AI tooling.
