Job summary

Turn/River is seeking a Director of Digital Performance Marketing to lead strategy across SEO, SEM, CRO, and AI search, including AEO and GEO. You will own organic and paid performance, and drive pipeline and revenue through modern optimization.

You will build a full-funnel engine, partner with content, web, analytics and product marketing, manage budgets, stay ahead of AI search trends, and translate data into actionable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Proven success leading search-driven growth in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Deep expertise in SEO strategy, technical SEO, content SEO, keyword research and SERP analysis.
• Deep expertise in paid search strategy, campaign structure, bidding, audience targeting and budget optimisation.
• Working knowledge of AI search and AEO/GEO/LLMO, including how to structure content for AI-generated answers.
• Experience managing display and paid social as part of an integrated performance portfolio.
• Demonstrated leadership across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the digital acquisition strategy across SEO, SEM, AI search/AEO, and CRO.
• Build and optimize a full-funnel performance engine across traditional and AI-powered surfaces.
• Lead cross-functional execution with content, web, analytics, and product marketing teams.
• Monitor AI search trends and adapt strategy to zero-click discovery.
• Develop and track KPIs: traffic, rankings, CVR, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships for search and media programs.
