Razorfish, a Publicis Groupe company, seeks a Director of Search Marketing to spearhead innovative search strategies aligned with client goals and to elevate our digital marketing leadership. You will oversee all search operations, guide cross‑functional collaboration, and embrace AI technologies to optimize performance across campaigns.

You will lead a team of 5–10 supervisors and managers, develop strategic frameworks, and deliver analytics that inform decision-making while ensuring best

Qualifications

• 7+ years SEM experience with proven results.
• 3+ years supervisory experience and leadership.
• Strong client-service orientation and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication with executives and teams.
• Understanding of display, app, social integration with search.
• Proficient in analytics tools and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: lead search strategies across services including AI.
• Performance Management: monitor campaigns and provide ROI insights.
• Quality Assurance: ensure risk and QA protocols with RACI.
• Innovation Leadership: foster experimentation and next practices.
• Strategy Development: create plans and testing frameworks.
• Trend Analysis: stay current on digital marketing trends.
• Client Relationship Development: cultivate key client relationships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with media, creative, analytics.
• Business Development: identify growth within accounts.
• Team Development: manage 5-10 Supervisors/Managers.
