Amgen is seeking a Director of Marketing AI Capabilities to lead the development and scaling of AI-enabled marketing capabilities and operating models across the enterprise. You will connect external AI trends to internal transformation, shaping partnerships and scalable capabilities with meaningful business impact.

You will guide future marketing design, governance, and talent strategies, ensuring alignment with the evolving AI ecosystem and omnichannel customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing, digital, technology, or commercial operations experience OR
• Masters degree and 6 years of marketing, digital, technology, or commercial operations experience OR
• Bachelor degree and 8 years of marketing, digital, technology, or commercial operations experience

Responsabilités

• Monitor and assess the evolving AI, digital marketing, data, and customer engagement landscape across technologies, platforms, partners, and trends.
• Translate external market developments into actionable marketing capability strategies.
• Lead the design and development of technology initiatives including the Marketing Command Center and Neural Nexis initiatives.
• Design future-state marketing operating models, workflows, governance structures, and processes embedding AI into execution.
