Job summary

IMS is seeking a Director of IT ERP & Analytics Solutions to lead ERP, BI reporting, and analytics initiatives. You will oversee four managers, drive ERP roadmap, and ensure end-to-end integration across JD Edwards World on IBM i, EDI/batch/file-based interfaces, and data analytics for internal and client-facing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive enterprise applications, ERP, or business technology experience, including 5+ years leading managers.
• Ownership of complex ERP-based solutions and business processes in distribution, supply chain, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, warehousing, transportation, or finance.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP delivery, business systems analysis, production support, QA, non-API integrations (EDI and batch/file-based), and BI reporting.
• Ability to lead technical specialists without needing to be the primary hands-on developer; able to challenge designs and make decisions.
• Experience collaborating across integration, enterprise data, Salesforce/eCommerce, infrastructure, security, and PMO functions.
• Proven ability to manage managers, enforce IT policies, drive budget planning, and govern vendors.
• Experience with AI-enabled process improvements and automation across IT functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead four functional managers, building succession, staffing, and development plans.
• Own ERP roadmap, applications, analytics reporting, QA, and integration readiness.
• Partner with IT leadership on priorities, budgets, vendor performance, and business cases.
• Define KPIs for service quality, delivery, and productivity; drive improvements.
• Oversee non-API integrations (EDI, batch/file transfers) and API coordination with data teams.
• Direct analytics for Power BI dashboards, financial insights, and client analytics.
• Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery for ERP platforms.
• Collaborate with Salesforce/Ecommerce teams on integrations and releases.
