Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Director, Business Insights Delivery to lead a portfolio of claim data and analytics products. You will set vision, roadmap and backlog, working with claims, data engineering, architecture and governance teams in an Agile environment.

You will own the product and guide the team through discovery, delivery and the analytics lifecycle while aligning with long-term business partner roadmaps and enterprise data standards.

• Ability to quickly understand Travelers' business strategy and align roadmaps.
• Strong technical understanding of delivery methods and platforms.
