Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a strategic Leader for the Claim Business Insights Delivery team in Hartford. You will set the vision, roadmap and backlog for a portfolio of claim data and insights products, partnering with data engineering, architecture and governance teams to shape what gets built and maximize business impact.

As Director, you will own product discovery and delivery in an Agile environment, driving adoption of AI-native practices, data dashboards and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years equivalent experience with BI tools, techniques, manipulation, or related.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Strong technical understanding of delivery methods and platforms and their use and purpose.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for planning, objectives, and milestones for long-term strategy across portfolio(s).
• Lead intake of business demand and assess value to align with roadmaps.
• Design insights portfolio with business partners to address goals and objectives.
• Adopt new Decision Analytics and Insights capabilities across lines of business.
• Drive adoption of insights delivery solutions among business partners and stakeholders.
• Coach and develop team members, including team leaders; ensure governance controls.
