Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Director, Business Insights Delivery to set the vision and backlog for a portfolio of claim data products. You will lead a team of engineers and analysts in an Agile environment, driving AI-native practices in discovery and delivery and aligning with enterprise roadmaps.

You will partner with business leaders to define capabilities, drive adoption, and ensure value delivery across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of delivery methods and platforms.
• Ability to set data and information delivery strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy and milestones for the portfolio.
• Lead intake of business demand and assess value against roadmaps.
• Design insights portfolio with business partners to meet goals.
• Adopt new Decision Analytics and Insights capabilities across the portfolio.
• Drive adoption of insights delivery solutions among business partners.
• Ensure team structure and skills deliver value over time.
• Align designs with data management, security, and governance controls.
