Qualifications

• Have built and scaled complex operations with financial, legal, tax, or compliance consequences.
• Experience leading managers through meaningful change and implementing scalable service capabilities.
• Ability to integrate AI tooling into operations with strong controls and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational changes to make AI tooling work in practice: team responsibilities, controls, training, and measures of success.
• Develop managers, set clear accountability, and build the service capabilities needed for larger clients.
• Improve delivery times and productivity.
• Resolve root causes of errors and prevent repeat incidents.
• Use operational evidence to prioritize workflow changes and safe, useful automation with Product and Engineering.
• Keep the client’s experience at the center of operational decisions.
