• Candidates with experience in scaling complex operations involving financial, legal, tax, or compliance considerations.
• Experience leading managers through change and implementing control environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational changes to make AI tooling work in practice: define team responsibilities, controls, training, and success metrics.
• Develop managers, set clear accountability, and build service capabilities for larger clients.
• Improve delivery times and productivity across fund administration services.
• Resolve root causes of errors and prevent repeat incidents.
• Use operational evidence to prioritize workflow changes and safe, useful automation with Product and Engineering.
• Keep the client's experience at the center of operational decisions.
