Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in engineering at a growth-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Define a 6–12 month engineering roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Own AI strategy and drive non-deterministic, AI-driven features.
• Guide foundational infrastructure and architecture decisions.
• Lead hiring and build a scalable org with mentorship.
• Maintain engineering metrics and improve velocity and quality.
• Partner with Product to ensure engineering decisions shape product.
• Represent engineering in leadership discussions and communicate plans clearly.
