Aduro Advisors is seeking an experienced Director of Product Engineering to lead and grow our product engineering team. You will partner with CPTO and Head of Engineering to scale architecture, govern AI across the SDLC, and drive ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with 6+ years in leadership.
• Experience scaling delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to operationalize AI in SDLC with governance.
• Strong architectural judgment without hands-on coding.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the product engineering team with a people-first approach.
• Partner with CPTO and leadership to set architectural direction and AI governance.
• Drive Agile/Scrum processes, code quality, and delivery discipline.
