RapidSOS is seeking a Director of Customer Solutions Engineering to own end-to-end technical success for enterprise customers, from discovery through production and optimization. You will orchestrate a modern, AI-forward team that writes production code, builds integrations, and partners with Product and Sales to shape scalable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or related roles, with 3+ years leading post-sales teams.
• Experience owning complex enterprise customer outcomes beyond implementation.
• Proven ability to build customer-facing production software and integrations.
• Hands-on with engineers in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Own customer outcomes end to end, from discovery to optimization.
• Lead the Customer Solutions organization and scale it.
• Transform the team into an AI-forward development group.
• Build production services, APIs, and integrations with reliability.
• Stay hands-on: write code and troubleshoot customer problems.
• Partner with sales to validate feasibility and risks before commitments.
• Ensure production readiness and ongoing technical success.
