Job summary

Bottomline is seeking an experienced Director of Customer Intelligence & AI to lead data-driven customer insights, predictive analytics, and automated workflows that drive revenue growth. You will build a unified view of customer health, value realization, and product adoption, partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to inform strategy and execution.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in data science or analytics, strong AI/ML skills, and a track record translating complex

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles.
Proven ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.

Responsibilities

Design and lead a centralized Customer Intelligence Platform.
Develop predictive models for revenue growth and retention.
Create customer health and value measurement methodologies.
Partner with Revenue Strategy, Renewal Ops, Customer Success, Product, Sales and Finance to enable execution.
Translate insights into executive-level recommendations and strategies.
Establish governance and quality standards for customer data.
