National Debt Relief seeks a Director of Digital & AI Analytics to shape the enterprise analytics strategy for digital journeys and AI interactions. You will lead a team, partner across departments, and drive data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years in analytics with leadership experience, proficiency in Snowflake, GA4/Adobe Analytics, and strong data visualization skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital, product, or marketing analytics.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of building and leading analytics teams.
• Experience with CX optimization, funnel performance, and self-service channel performance.
• Experience analyzing conversational AI/LLM interactions, including chat or voice bots.
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests for AI models or prompts and translating results into go/no-go recommendations.
• Experience in financial services or fintech, particularly client onboarding or support journeys (preferred).
• Track record of driving enterprise transformation through analytics strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the digital and client experience analytics strategy, aligning with business priorities.
• Drive data collection and governance across digital platforms including event tracking, tagging and KPIs.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering growth and best-in-class analytics.
• Partner with executives to translate data-driven insights into business strategy.
• Develop advanced dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for stakeholders at the right time.
• Oversee customer journey analytics to identify pain points and improvements in digital experiences.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure Snowflake data flows for unified analytics.
• Stay ahead of analytics trends, privacy regulations, and best practices in CX measurement.
• Own analytics strategy for AI analytics, including agent-replacement AI interactions across channels.
• Lead test design and results analysis for AI models and prompts; validate before scaling.
• Define and monitor KPIs for AI-handled interactions and translate into roadmaps.
• Partner with AI Analytics, Speech Analytics, and Engineering to unify dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Scale AI-handled interaction volume balancing performance, risk, and CX.
