Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in data science/analytics, engineering, business, project management, or related field.
• Knowledge of data science, AI engineering, AI governance/risk management including ethics, data privacy and security, and model lifecycle.
• Professional business written and verbal communications with stakeholders from different functions.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar LLM tools.
• Experience handling requests for proposal/information is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior point of contact for sales, relationship management, and external customers, communicating Fidelity’s AI capabilities, governance, and risk management.
• Oversee and guide responses to AI inquiries, translating technical information into clear business outcomes.
• Lead process improvement efforts using technology and best practices.
• Contribute to AI committees to ensure client concerns are reflected in AI governance processes.
