Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital solutions, technology delivery, automation, AI enablement, or related fields.
• Experience leading digital initiatives from concept through adoption with measurable impact.
• Proven ability to apply AI and automation to improve processes and employee experiences.
• Strong knowledge of digital product practices, user-centered design, and AI governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Fall Creek's digital solutions strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and implement opportunities involving AI, automation, digital workplace solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Lead pilots, experiments, and proofs-of-concept initiatives from evaluation through implementation.
• Establish responsible AI and automation practices across the organization.
• Develop digital solutions to simplify processes, reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making.
• Manage and prioritize the digital innovation portfolio based on business value and measurable results.
• Drive adoption of new digital capabilities through stakeholder partnership, communication, training, and change support.
• Partner with business teams to translate needs and opportunities into practical digital solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing global digital solutions team.
• Measure and communicate the business impact of digital initiatives.
