Job summary

Agri-Access, a Compeer partner, seeks a senior leader to drive sales development, partner onboarding and strategic initiatives across embedders and digital/retail channels.

You will guide cross-functional teams, align with enterprise strategies and manage relationships to deliver innovative financial services. The role requires a decade in financial services and strong leadership with remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related experience acceptable.
• Minimum 10 years in financial services with young or tech-enabled companies.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership and management roles.
• Knowledge of federal/state laws and compliance for financial industry.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct sales development efforts focusing on embedders and digital/retail partners.
• Guide partner relationships to deliver innovative financial services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to acquire, onboard and train partners.
• Balance growth with organizational risk tolerances.
• Oversee shared services to ensure cohesive sales and service delivery.
• Mentor and develop remote team members.
