Job summary

Compeer Financial seeks a seasoned leader to head Agri-Access sales development, driving partnerships with embedders and digital/retail networks. The role requires a track record in financial services, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to steer growth while balancing risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 10 years in financial services with tech-enabled companies.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state laws, regulations specific to financial industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and mentor others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the sales development efforts for Agri-Access, focusing on embedders and digital/retail partners.
• Set strategic priorities and align programs with enterprise goals; build partner relationships.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration with other leaders for growth and profitability while managing risk.
• Drive team performance, recruitment, coaching, and development; ensure cohesive, integrated sales/service delivery.
