Compeer Financial is seeking a senior leader to drive Agri-Access sales development, focusing on embedders and digital/retail partners. You will guide a team to expand partnerships nationwide, aligning initiatives with enterprise strategies and balancing growth with risk tolerance.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and experience managing remote teams, with a base pay range reflecting executive level compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a financial services environment with exposure to young or tech-enabled companies.
• Minimum of five years of leadership and management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agri-Access sales development and build business with embedders and digital/retail partners.
• Provide strategic direction and align programs with Compeer's enterprise strategies.
• Guide cross-functional teams in onboarding, training and business development of partners.
• Balance growth with profitability while managing risk tolerance and ensuring cohesive service delivery.
