CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Agile Practice Management to lead a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives within Aetna Commercial and Distinct Client Segments. You will partner with engineering, product, architecture, and finance to set priorities, manage investments, and translate strategy into measurable results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program and portfolio management experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• 5+ years managing large enterprise portfolios with budgets > $25M annually.
• 5+ years in formal people leadership roles with HR responsibilities.
• Experience standing up new programs with operating rhythms and governance.
• Ownership of portfolio budgets including forecasting, variance and investment trade-offs.
• Ability to establish governance aligning scope, schedule, budget, quality, and metrics.
• Expertise with Jira, Rally, Clarity and related portfolio/financial platforms.
• Strong executive communication and influence with VP/SVP leaders.
• Experience in large, matrixed enterprise environments.
• Current Agile, program/project management certification such as SAFe, RTE, SPC, CSM, or PMP.
