Job summary

The Arc of Chester County is seeking a Director of Agency With Choice in West Chester, PA to lead the AWC program and ensure high-quality services. The role oversees budgeting, compliance, HR, data management, and collaboration with partners to achieve positive outcomes.

You will manage staff, implement policies, and ensure timely reporting and audits, while advancing the agency’s mission and core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of senior management experience in a human service nonprofit.
• Minimum five years HR experience and operations/compliance background.
• Experience developing, implementing and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the agency's 5-year strategic plan.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff according to policy and regulations.
• Develop and manage the AWC annual budget with senior leadership.
• Ensure fiscal accuracy, rate changes, authorizations, and utilization reports.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, funder requirements, and HR law.
• Lead audits and ensure proper documentation, data entry, and billing.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate program operations for quality outcomes.
• Oversee intake/discharge processes and data management for participants.
