The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties in Carlisle, PA, is seeking a full-time Associate Director of Residential Services to lead residential (I/DD) group homes and provide direction to the assigned team.

Responsibilities include operations oversight, staff training and mentorship, budget monitoring, regulatory compliance, and collaboration on clinical decisions to improve individual outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5-7 years of I/DD supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Understanding of servant leadership; computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of assigned residential programs.
• Provide orientation training and ongoing mentorship to team members.
• Support development of professional goals for Program Specialists.
• Assist in development and implementation of departmental goals and policies.
• Ensure compliance with DHS and applicable regulations; conduct annual self-licensing inspections.
• Review assessments for new admissions and coordinate plans with Director and Program Specialists.
• Reconcile financial transactions and ensure Accessible Cash Account policies are followed.
• Assist in annual budget development and monitor monthly expenses.
• Collaborate on clinical decisions by evaluating Treatment Team outcomes and plans.
