Job summary

The Arc of Chester County, based in West Chester, PA, seeks a Chief Operations Officer to lead daily operations and strategic growth. The COO will report to the CEO and ensure program operations, HR, facilities, IT and administration align with the organization’s mission to serve individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, budgeting, contract development, and stakeholder engagement to advance services and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in non-profit management or related field.
• Substantial experience in senior leadership roles within a nonprofit organization.
• Proven ability to lead HR, operations, facilities and IT.
• Strong collaboration with executive team and Board.”
