Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a relevant setting.
• Medical spa experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Kalon Aesthetics and Surgery to ensure exceptional team and client experiences.
• Promote Kalon Aesthetics and Surgery and Vance Thompson Vision within the communities served.
• Understand the client experience and support roles within the medical spa.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships to support high employee performance and morale.
• Ensure compliance with reporting, regulatory, safety, and quality guidelines.
• Facilitate communication between providers, spa leadership, and team members.
• Participate in performance reviews and identify opportunities for development.
• Monitor client feedback to drive continuous operational improvements.
