Job summary

Sarasota Memorial HealthCare Foundation is seeking a Director of Advancement Services to lead prospect research, data integrity and reporting for our Foundation in Sarasota. You will supervise a data support team, develop profiles, and provide strategic guidance to staff across the fundraising pipeline.

You will prepare monthly/quarterly reports for the Foundation and finance, ensuring accurate gift recording and moves management to maximize philanthropic impact in a health system prioritizing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years of related experience including database management.
• Masters degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and implement research approach to identify prospects for the Foundation.
• Oversee data management, reporting and integrity, including gift recording and receipting system.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports for Foundation and accounting/finance; lead a data support team and guide front-line fundraisers on prospect pipelines.
