Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years in donor database and advancement services.
• Experience building reports and maintaining data quality.
• SQL knowledge to extract and validate donor data.
• Familiarity with online giving portals and donor workflows.
• Experience with gift processing, reconciliation, and moves-management.
• Strong communication and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work on campus or virtually within driving distance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Slate CRM administration, data governance, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to inform fundraising strategy.
• Oversee gift processing, receipts, and reconciliation.
• Design prospect development processes and portfolio management.
• Coordinate finance reconciliation with the Business Office.
• Provide leadership and supervision of staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and donor privacy.
